I know we’ve been talking a lot about Zenless Zone Zero’s waifus, but that doesn’t mean we forgot about Hoyoverse’s other games. Honkai Star Rail is still pumping out hot female characters, and they’ve finally dropped their first BLACK female character, and she’s a rapper.

Oh shit, I guess I got things confused. Her name is Rappa, and she’s heavily inspired by black culture. Sorry, I was wrong, but I do think she’s still pretty cool looking. That being said, just because I think she looks cool, doesn’t mean everyone else has the same opinion.

The people on Twitter and fans of Hoyoverse games, are always complaining about something. And funny enough, it’s always about representation…in a Chinese made game…I feel like that’s the least of their worries. I want representation for my race as much as the next guy, but like, why are we forcing companies to do it. A CHINESE COMPANY AT THAT!!!

Some people are even stating that Hoyoverse is copying another famous hip-hop ninja that uses graffiti. And that’s Kimberly from Street Fighter 6.

And yeah, maybe the concept is the same, but it’s not like Kimberly was the first one to do it. Has everyone already forgotten that Akali did it first?

So if Hoyoverse is copying Street Fighter, then Street Fighter is copying League of Legend, it’s just a never ending cycle of copying at that point. But yeah, another day on Twitter, another stupid gaming issue that doesn’t amount to anything. Whatever, I know I would be rolling on her if I still played Star Rail.
